My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were beautifully furnished with quality furniture, featuring a cozy fireplace and a stunning view across the valley to the small village of Metsovo. However, the flight of stairs to negotiate with our luggage when we left was a slight inconvenience.

The service at the hotel was first-rate, and the staff anticipated our needs throughout our stay. However, I felt the service in the cafe could improve with more smiles, and it was extremely slow.
